Calling all archery enthusiasts, especially you more traditional style archery lovers! Be sure to stop out and enjoy the Great Lakes Longbow Invitational on August 9-11, sponsored by the Michigan Longbow Association. This event is open to every skill level, but you must shoot a longbow. An assortment of vendors will be onsite each day for you to acquire new items for all your shooting fun.

Park Hours 2024
- Park Gate open daily (weather permitting) from 8 am to 9 pm.
- Recreation Area, Beach, Boat Launch (weather permitting) open daily June 1 - September 2, 2024 from 8 am to 9 pm.
- Upjohn House Business Office is open by appointment.
- Historic Village open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day from 9 am to 4 pm.

Historic Charlton Park serves the residents of Barry County and beyond through education programs, special events, and miles of trails and other outdoor activities. Trails are open year-round!
